RevZero expands swiss turning capabilities and capacity with the addition of our newest machine for Q4 2022.

The New Tsugami BW129Z is a state-of-the-art Swiss Turning Center.  It offers simultaneous 3 Path control on independent tool posts, which allows for diverse part processing, including pinch turning and pinch milling.

Nine-Axes (X1, Y1, Z1, X2, Y2, Z2, X3, Y3, Z3, C1, and C2)

Upgrades include:

  • Long-parts ejection

  • NSK High-Frequency drive

  • Fire suppression

  • State-of-the-art mist collection
